What are we at Car City Wholesale doing differently during these trying times? Even though we normally practice a very high level of cleanliness, below you will find some of the extreme measures that we are taking to protect our most valued assets, our customers, employees and community. We are continually monitoring developments pertaining to COVID-19. We continue to implement practices recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

    Our Facility:
  •     We are cleaning and disinfecting our facility from top to bottom on a regular basis.
  •     All employees are equipped with hand sanitizer and disinfectants for their respective areas and customers.
  •     We are following the 6ft separation rule and have set up our facility to be more friendly for social distancing practices.
  •     We have reduced the areas of travel within our facility to maintain even better control of the environment
    Our Vehicles:
  •     Our vehicles are being cleaned and thoroughly disinfected with proven methods, both prior to and after and test drives or     deliveries.
  •     Our keys are being cleaned and disinfected prior to any customer interactions.
  
    Sales Process:
    Until further notice, all sales will be on an appointment basis only. This allows us to make sure we retain utmost control over the
    environment, while having adequate time to prepare the vehicle for your arrival.
  
    Senior Citizen Hour:
    We will be reserving all of our 9am to 11am appointments for senior citizens and citizens who may be considered high risk.

    Our sales consultants are available by phone, email, or text to answer any questions you may have and help you finalize the
    purchase process!

    You get the choice: if you'd like, we will do the entire process remotely and deliver your brand new (to you) vehicle to your doorstep.       

    Otherwise, we'd be more than happy to schedule an appointment with you and finalize the purchase of your vehicle in person.
    During this time, we are offering free transport for up to 300 miles or $300 transportation assistance for those further away. Ask your   
    sales consultant for more details.
