QUICK HISTORY OF CHRYSLER
Founded by American journeyman, Walter Chrysler, in June of 1925, the Chrysler Corporation was formed and became an early leader in engineering innovations like introducing air and oil filters, high-compression engines and four-wheel hydraulic brakes to automobiles.
There's obviously way more to Walter Chrysler and the Chrysler Corporation story than referencing their beginning without a middle, like their invention of the muscle car in the 50's and 60's.
It would be in their later years in the 21st century, when things became a rather more tumultuous story, filing for bankruptcy in 2009 and becoming a foreign owned company through Fiat Chrysler Automobiles a few years later. We're glad to see that Chrysler was able to bounce back and keep the tradition of well-built, reliable and affordable sedans and minivans on the market alive today.
